It has come to my attention in my searching for this week's final target that about a year ago YouTube was ablaze with video flame wars on the subject of people with non-Asian ethnic origins dressing up as anime and videogame characters, or more specifically whether they should be allowed at all. Since I like to claim that this blog, consisting of what is essentially formalised bullying, is ultimately making a liberal political statement about cultural fetishisation, I want to take a moment to say that this sword cuts both ways. If someone wants to dress up as a fictional character for shits and giggles and/or nerd fame and attention, it is their right to do so, regardless of race.
Dressing like an idiot is nobody's fucking birthright.

Hello everyone. Been a while. Let's catch up.
First up, Otaku Unite! is a documentary which - so I'm told - isn't taking the piss. Here's the trailer. Judge for yourselves.

Week 91: Roleplay
TheAnimeOtakuStar likes to pretend to be anime characters on the Internet.
Yeah, pretty boring. To be fair though that's mostly your fault for not commenting.
And that is the end of this episoh wait two more minutes.
